Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Items must be in resaleable condition
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label
- Package your items securely with the return authorization number
- Ship the package using the provided label
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process your return.
